Birth Preparation & Creating a Birth Plan
Are you looking for support with birth preparation or do you need support with creating your birth plan? These a la carte services can be purchased as a stand alone service. This is perfect if you need support with preparing for birth and are not looking for in-person labor support.
Prenatal, Labor & Postpartum Support
Mariposa Doula Care offers a doula care package with the option to add additional postpartum support. This doula care package covers complete care from prenatal, labor and delivery and postpartum. This package includes two prenatal sessions, on-call at 38 weeks and two postpartum in-home visits. This is perfect if you are seeking full support from beginning to end.
Postpartum Support
Daytime postpartum support entails light housekeeping, newborn care, laundry, meal prepping, home organization, running errands, emotional support, bottle and pumping support.
Overnight postpartum support entails complete newborn care: changing diapers, feeding, washing bottles/pump parts, change of clothes, light housekeeping and laundry while you rest and recover.
